I recently took my dad out on a father-daughter date to Dante in the Tremont neighborhood of Cleveland Ohio. We had an amazing time and wanted to share our experience. This restaurant review is what you need for your next visit!

What are the hours of operation?

Dante is open for dinner Wednesday-Thursday from 5pm-10pm and Friday and Saturday from 5pm-11pm.

What is on the menu at Dante Tremont?

The menu at Dante is extensive and filled with dishes that are made with fresh ingredients and expertly prepared. My dad and I had the Chef-designed five-course tasting with wine parings. Each dish was a true masterpiece. The wine selections were also great and paired well with the food.

Thankfully, Dante was able to accommodate my gluten-allergy. I was in great hands throughout the chef’s menu.

For the first course we had Hamachi sashimi. Unfortunately, I forgot to capture a photo or video, but take my word for it, it was amazing.

The second course for me was rabbit served over risotto. I had been craving risotto for days before this, so it was the perfect time. Also, this was my first time having rabbit and it was delicious. For my dad’s second course, he had lamb filled ravioli.

Our third course was pan-seared scallops served with baby kale and carrots. It was served with a red pepper sauce that was the perfect complement.

The fourth course was lamb served with lentils and asparagus.

Lastly, for dessert we had three different custards in different forms, caramelized bananas, candied popcorn, and chocolate.  

What is the environment like at Dante Tremont?

Dante was once an old bank and many of those aesthetics remains. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, with a beautiful décor that adds to the charm of this establishment.

The service at Dante is impeccable, with friendly and knowledgeable staff that are always ready to offer recommendations and make your dining experience unforgettable.
