Pineapple Popeye Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Frozen pineapples
  • tbsp. Hemp hearts
  • 1 serving Vanilla protein
  • 8 oz. Organic Coconut water or pineapple juice

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
