You can get creative with your waffle fry nachos by adding your favorite nacho toppings!

My Inspiration

I recently picked up a bunch of cookbooks and got the inspiration for this dish from Taste of Home’s Cast Iron cookbook. However, I am making this my own by adding my favorite nacho toppings. Feel free to get creative by customizing the nachos with yours!

This was a big hit with my guests during college football bowl season. If you haven’t read my About Me page, you should know that I’m from Ohio, and thus a die-hard Buckeyes fan. Go Bucks! The 2022-23 season didn’t have the ending we wanted, but I still have to feed people!

For this recipe, you can use frozen waffle fries, but if you’re feeling ambitious feel free to make your own fries. Just remember the tips I shared on how to make the best baked fries. If want to fry them or air fry them, you may need a different technique.
