Garlic Confit

How to make garlic confit, which is a fantastic spread for toast or anything you want to add a bit of flair to.

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 heads of garlic or as much as you want 😊
  • Grapeseed oil enough to cover the garlic

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 250° F.
  • In an oven-safe baking dish, add the peeled garlic and enough oil to cover the garlic.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Bake for about 3 hours or until the garlic is brown and soft.
  • Allow the oil and garlic to completely cool before storing. Store in an airtight glass or plastic container in the fridge for up to three months.
