Garlic Confit

- 4-5 heads of garlic or as much as you want 😊
- Grapeseed oil enough to cover the garlic
Pre-heat the oven to 250° F.
In an oven-safe baking dish, add the peeled garlic and enough oil to cover the garlic.
Cover with foil.
Bake for about 3 hours or until the garlic is brown and soft.
Allow the oil and garlic to completely cool before storing. Store in an airtight glass or plastic container in the fridge for up to three months.
