Pre-heat the oven to 375F. You can either bake the jalapeno poppers on a sheet with lightly greased foil or on a rack that is placed over a baking sheet.
In a large bowl, combine the three cheeses (cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, and cheddar cheese) with the garlic cloves and paprika.
Clean and halve the jalapeno peppers. Remove the seeds, and membrane. I like to cut the peppers only on one side almost in two, leaving the two parts connected.
Stuff the jalapenos with the cheese filling.
Wrap the jalapenos with bacon.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon has reached your desired level of crispiness.
Notes
This recipe calls for you to shred block cheese. However, if you want to save on time, feel free to use pre-shredded cheese.
